Two teams of Sprott undergraduate business students recently travelled to Europe to compete against some of the world’s top business students representing universities from around the globe. This past weekend, Sprott students competed in JDC Central 2013 at Dalhousie University in Halifax. The team brought home first place in Management of Information Systems, third overall, third in the academic cup, third in Finance and more. This past weekend, four Bachelor of Commerce students competed in the final round of the prestigious Inter-Collegiate Business Competition (I.C.B.C.) at Queen’s University and brought home first place in Management of Information Systems and second place in Accounting. A team of Sprott undergraduates has advanced to the championship round in the NIBS Worldwide Case Competition, which takes place March 3-9, 2013 at Leuven University College in Leuven, Belgium.
