Elective Courses: (1.5 credits)
1.5 credits must be completed from among other Business courses. You may wish to choose courses to complement your primary area of study.
Please note:
- almost all upper-level business courses have prerequisites, so choose your courses carefully;
- not all courses are offered in the Minor in Business option, so plan carefully;
- business courses tend to be in heavy demand, and as a consequence you may not be able to access too many courses in a single term, so please spread out your plan over three years;
- there may be regulations governing their admissibility for credit in your program.
Students in some degree programs may not have sufficient “free” electives to complete the requirements for the Minor in Business beyond the specified credits designated for their degree. In such cases, students choosing to pursue the Minor option, with its additional certification, will have to fulfill the requirements of the Minor over and above the requirements of their primary degree program.
Please note: The Minor is a program option which supplements a Major (single or double). However, the Minor notation cannot be added to a degree after graduation.
